WOODEN PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of our items as wooden products please understand that there are indentations, nooks(dents), noggin's and grains. THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT OR FAULTY due to the nature of the wood and the process of the item in the production line. unless they are substantially obviously BROKEN many things are sold as is and will slightly differ appearance to the photos. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT these slight normal imperfections please do not order from us at this is a part of the natural wood feel.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED
We will happily provide you with a free return, replacement or refund if your product is faulty, incorrect or damaged. This doesn’t happen very rare, but mistakes do happen. Please just contact us here and we’ll sort something out straight away.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value.
Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the freight costs to send and return the item(s).
Please Note we can not return clearance items.
You'll be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.
