Emma The telescope itself is sturdy and fun to shut and extend, but I was not expecting the magnification to be so strong and they are very blurry. I was thinking since it was a kids toy they would only be slightly magnified so that kids just pretend to look off in the distance. You cannot change the focus either so it is permanetntly blurred and very tricky for kids to see out of.
