The scales are easy to assembly, compact enough for being part of a mobile kit, delightfully colourful and made of non-plastic components.. all great. Sadly the pin/pivot mechanism that holds the scale beam is too tight and the weight variation is not shown reliably in the movement of the scales, just a tad disappointing.
Not happy with the customer service!!!
