Playsilks are a highly versatile and imaginative toy that unleashes the creative potential in children. With endless possibilities, children can transform these silk fabrics into various costumes such as capes, skirts, pants, hats, and animal tails, as well as other objects like grass, water, or a rainbow in their pretend play scenes. Additionally, children often use Playsilks to create clothing and carriers for their beloved stuffed animals and dolls, or incorporate them into activities like building forts, puppet shows, and magic tricks.
I introduced the scarves today in my Foundation music class - a huge improvement on my previous resource. The students loved to bright colours and the soft feel of the scarves.
